I am a student journalist based in Philadelphia. Currently, I’m a junior majoring in journalism at Temple University.

I am a focused, driven, and ambitious South Asian journalism student who is committed to the promotion of diversity in newsrooms not only in America but also all over the world. I sincerely believe in the power of journalism and effective reporting in bringing about change. For me, it is vital that all voices are adequately represented in popular media to spearhead this change I so fondly believe in. My other interests include political activism, investigative reporting, feminism, and Spongebob.
